Outside of Work,
What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Justin lives with his fiancé, Sarah, and when he isn’t enjoying her deliciously prepared meals, he likes to run, play basketball, and golf.
Dr. Justin loves that his job allows him to help children in need, whether he’s releasing a tongue-tie or getting them out of pain. His favorite part is building connections with his patients and their families and watching them grow and thrive over the years. Before you visit the Arlington Heights Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry in person, you can learn a little more about Dr. Justin below.
For Dr. Justin, the appeal of dentistry was simple—he wanted to work with his hands in a way that helped people. Being a dentist would allow him to do exactly this while interacting with patients one-on-one. Eventually, he decided to focus on pediatric dentistry because he saw the tremendously positive impact it could have on a child’s health and confidence.
Dr. Justin completed his general dentistry training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and this was followed by a two-year advanced program focused on pediatric dentistry at the UIC Hospital. In addition to being a board-certified pediatric dentist, he is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the highest honor a dentist can achieve in this specialty.
On top of being a practicing dentist, Dr. Justin is also a professor. He currently serves as faculty at Midwestern University, teaching pediatric dentistry, and he also lectures at continuing education events across the country.
To stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry, he is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
